Changes to the project scope, activities, grant personnel, budget, and/or grant period must be submitted to Humanities Texas for approval. Use the form above to complete this process.

Check-ins

Grants staff will check-in with grantees during the grant period to track the status of the program and answer any questions regarding the administration and closeout of the grant. This document includes a list of the questions that are asked during the Check-in.

Publicity

Humanities Texas encourages grant recipients to include our logo in any print or online materials produced for grant-funded projects. Humanities Texas must be credited in publicity releases, prints, and/or reports pertaining to the approved grant.
