Curriculum Materials

This unique set of curriculum materials, produced by Humanities Texas in partnership with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the American Library Association (ALA), supports the exploration of the rich and varied history and experiences of Latinos, who have helped shape the United States over the last five centuries.

The cornerstone of the project is the six-part, NEH-supported documentary Latino Americans. This award-winning series, created for PBS by WETA public television, chronicles Latinos in the U.S. from the sixteenth century to present day.
